Meals made your way, with care every day. Our volunteers deliver nutritious, customised meals and a friendly chat to older Australians in the Sutherland Shire.
How it works:
First Box Easy Meal Ordering
We operate under the Commonwealth Home Support Program. To receive meals through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme you first need to be assessed by My Aged Care. You can do this by calling 1800 200 422 or visiting their website. If you are found eligible, a CHSP service provider – such as Sutherland Food Services – can then deliver subsidised meals to you after you’ve been referred to us.
If you have been assessed under the Support at Home Program, you must first be assessed for eligibility through My Aged Care to receive meals. If eligible, you can access subsidised meals through a registered provider as part of your Support at Home plan. The choice of meal provider is entirely yours.
