Help shape the future of Sutherland Food Services

Sutherland Food Services is undertaking research to better understand the needs, experiences and expectations of our customers and the wider community.

We support local people to live well and independently in their own homes. As our community changes, we want to make sure our services continue to provide the meals, personal support and connection people need, now and into the future.

We’re listening
As part of this work, we are speaking with:
• current customers and their families
• Sutherland Food Services volunteers and staff
• local residents and community members
• other people and organisations in our local community.

We want to understand what people value about Sutherland Food Services, what we could improve and how we can continue meeting the needs of our community.

Have your say
There will be several opportunities to contribute, including surveys, interviews and group discussions.

Feedback will help us understand:
• what matters most to our customers
• how people experience our current services
• how community needs and expectations are changing
• where we should focus our efforts in the future.

Current customers
If you currently receive services from Sutherland Food Services, we invite you to complete our customer survey, which has been emailed to you.

Community members
We will also be inviting members of the local community to share their views. More information will be available soon.

What happens next?
The feedback we receive will be combined and reviewed to identify key themes and opportunities. Individual responses will remain confidential and findings will be reported collectively.

The results will help guide future decisions about our services, communication and how we support people across the Sutherland Shire.
